Good Bye, Auf Wiedersehen, さようなら, ลาก่อน, 안녕히 가세요, sampai jumpa
Dear all,
This is the week of goodbyes. A lot of the gaydorm interns already left and today it is our turn to say goodbye.
We want to thank every single one of you for making our time in Japan so unforgettable. All the long and loud Karaoke evenings, all the hard clubbing experiences, the great BBQs and everything else we enjoyed together will be not forgotten.
To spend the time with you here in this "strange" culture was really great and I think we take a lot of memories with us.
Especially we want to thank you for..
Adam (牛): I've no words for you buddy, you are unique. I hope we meet again in Germany.
Ahmed: your dance moves and the great time we had during Golden Week, even if we almost killed each other ;-)
Allan: interesting talks about different cultures, sharing your internet account and tolerating some strange guys on your floor.
Aki (女): the great time at Hanami and Karaoke sessions.
Aki (男): f**ing oishi gyouza and all the other parties (where you usually ended up totally drunk ^__^)
Ben: not being the "Bernhard" we expected to see, showing up with enough beer for a week on your first day and leaving a special "mark" on Chriss.
Christoph: being our big (sugar) daddy for the first three months, helping us get accustomed to Japan so fast and introducing us to all the other great people.
Daniel: all your great pictures, fun talks and the tips on enjoying Japan
Luke: some great smoking hours and talking about aehm aehm "guys" … you have every time a open ear and are a great guy.
Mamoru: being one of those japanese that I feel totally weird around because I have to speak german and not english (Alter was geht!)
Marek: ohhh Marek my friend you are the best wingman I've ever had. You say what you think and that is good, keep it.
Masato: being the best japanese-german dictionary the world has ever seen (sorry we annoyed you all the time) and for all those times we had ramen together for lunch ;P
Matthias: helping us with japanese (especially Fukui-san problems) and having interesting discussions
Miyuki: being one of the few japanese people at Bosch that volunteered to hang out with us! We are really sorry we couldn't go to that Onsen with you :-(
Rainer: always making the best jokes and admire Chriss hair every day ;)
Sai: being Khun-Sai; you were always funny and I enjoyed talking to you and listening to your voice at Karaoke
Sascha: helping Chriss with some special Excel problems and for your special dance moves.
Shide: always helping us out whenever we needed something, your japanese lessons and especially for being the crazy and funny schoki you are! (and get the f**k on facebook already)
Simon: explaining the difference between a "meat and a bloo penis" … sorry man but I think if we all meet again in 20 years this will be the first thing we talk about with you …
Taehee: your awesome voice at Karaoke sessions
Tom: chilled evenings out for a beer, talking about shizzz and Hotel Golden Lewis (hope we won't be a bother)
Woojoo: for your funny german words and special dance moves … I hope we could teach you some more important words.
Yoshi: not being gay but totally crazy! You are the craziest japanese i ever met.
Thanks again to everyone! Hope you don't mind if some of our little anectodes were a bit harsh :-) We love you all and we are so going to miss you back in Germany!
If you ever come to Europe please contact us!
よろしくお願いします/Best regards/Mit freundlichen Gruessen
PS: Those of you who are still in the Tokyo area; we would like to ask you all to have a last Karaoke with us on Wednesday 9. September (in Shibuya)!
